As a Quality Manager, you will be in charge of maintaining the quality management system, managing change requests, and working on quality review prep work. You will handle corrective actions for quality and the risk management and analysis of the system, while working with each of the company locations conducting quality audits. In this role you can work from the comfort of your home office. There will be a maximum of 20 travel days a year to locations in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts for about two days at a time to handle the quarterly audits. You will also travel to the Wilmington, Ohio office during the week when you need to conduct checks or audits.This location is close to both Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio giving you options on where you choose to live. During the week you could do 3 days remote and 2 days in the office, but really that is up to you. The days in the office could be short days where you complete the checks you need and then head home to finish the rest of your work. The ability to have complete autonomy in this role is a huge perk.Base salary, with up to 15% annual bonus based on company performance, 401k w/ 20% match, 3 weeks of accrued PTO, 2 floating holidays, 7 company holidays.
