You will collaborate closely with engineering, production, and customer service teams to drive continuous improvement, identify and mitigate quality issues, and promote a culture of quality across the organisation.

Description
The responsibilities of the Quality Manager are:
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Develop, implement, and manage quality management systems that meet or exceed regulatory and customer requirements, including ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of quality engineers and inspectors, fostering a proactive, solutions-driven approach to quality issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement across production processes, utilizing root cause analysis and corrective actions to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Customer Interaction: Collaborate with customers to understand quality requirements and manage quality-related inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
- Supplier Quality Management: Evaluate and qualify suppliers and contractors, maintain quality agreements, and ensure supplier performance meets quality standards.
- Internal Audits: Lead internal quality audits and support external audits as necessary, ensuring all quality management processes are in compliance with applicable standards.
- Documentation & Reporting: Oversee documentation related to quality processes, including inspection results, defect rates, and corrective actions; present findings and reports to senior leadership.
Profile
The successful Quality Manager will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a quality role, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent quality management standards.
- Strong knowledge of CMM Experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to quality management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, customers, and suppliers.
