**Quality Manager**
Our client is a global leader in the design, manufacturing and distribution of pumps, motors, and drives for industrial, commercial, agricultural, and municipal applications. They are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead their quality team at their Wilburton, OK plant. As the Quality Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing quality control programs to ensure continuous production. Reporting into the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6 - 7 quality people made up of a QA Engineer and 5 - 6 Technicians / Inspectors.
M - F (7am - 4pm) / No nights / No Weekends
**Responsibilities:**
+ Formulate and maintain quality control objectives.
+ Coordinate quality objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
+ Direct employees engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
+ Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
+ Investigates and resolves customer complaints.
+ Oversee internal and external audits relative to ISO standards. Prepare formal reports.
+ Outline product deficiencies and suggests corrections. Tracks corrective actions until discrepancies are resolved.
+ Review all product analysis from the various departments to determine the existence of any quality problems.
+ Conduct FMEA and PFMEA in support of new designs and continuous improvement projects.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or a related technical field (preferred).
+ 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, performance testing.
+ 3+ years of supervisory experience.
+ Understanding of physical principles, laws, their interrelationships, and their applications to understand fluid, material, and atmospheric dynamics.
+ Understanding of mechanical and electrical structures and processes.
+ Read and understand policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

**Pay Details:** $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
