Assure submittals have been approved by the architect/engineer and track procurement of material for the project.Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a complete and current record of submittals, approvals, and Rep submittals.
- Monitor the procurement and manufacturing processes.
- Manage RFI Process.
- Inspect received materials for quantity, quality, and conformance with contract documents and drawings.
- Develop and maintain submittal logs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's in construction science or engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in field and office experience with reputable general contractors.
