Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is working with an industry leader to find a Quality Manager.#LI-JM1RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to create comprehensive documents for quality and process within the QMS system. Comprehension of the APQP process and the elements of PPAP Proficient with Microsoft office products Direct and monitor effectiveness of Quality personnel Ability to create DCC CMM programs in current software Understanding of the calibration of instruments Proper use of all quality related logs and matrixes for the housekeeping of the quality metrics Lean/CI experience Ford certified capacity planner Ability to travel as neededREQUIREMENTS Associates degree or 5+ years related work experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.About Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) ITS is an international recruiting and staffing firm specializing in Engineering, Technical, and Professional positions.
