Salary: $70,000 to $90,000

• If so, a great manufacturer located in the beautiful Upstate SC area is looking for a Quality Manager to lead their talented quality team!

What your future day will look like:

• Lead the quality team ensuring quality standards are maintained
• Train/mentor department employees on proper production quality standards
• Work with other departments to investigate and resolve product quality issues
• Analyze/document data and product specifications to determine/maintain quality standards
• Lead and conduct Root Cause Analysis investigations to resolve and prevent quality issues
• Provide support for company and customer audits.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Bachelors degree in a technical field is required
• 4+ years of experience in quality leadership in manufacturing
• Familiarity with quality processes along with Kaizen, Lean practices and conducting Root Cause Analysis investigations
• Working knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
