This is a great opportunity for a candidate with strong process improvement background.As the Quality Manager you will lead quality initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment? We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to drive the development, improvement, and implementation of our Quality Management System (QMS). This role is instrumental in ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and fostering a Lean culture across multiple operational sites.Position OverviewThe Quality Manager will oversee quality processes related to storage conditions, product handling, kitting, labeling, and distribution operations. This position includes leadership of quality improvement activities, data analysis for problem-solving, and collaboration with internal teams to meet and exceed company targets.
Key Responsibilities -
Quality System Development:
- Develop, implement, and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Report on the effectiveness of the QMS to management.
- Design and maintain quality programs, including QA plans, inspection procedures, and training.

Risk Management and Problem-Solving:
- Champion initiatives to identify and mitigate risks.
- Investigate quality incidents and implement irreversible corrective actions.
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce process variation and enhance efficiency.

Process Improvement:
- Collaborate on facility mapping, deviation investigations, and validation projects.
- Drive Lean culture by providing expertise to improve quality processes.

Leadership and Oversight:
- Supervise and mentor Quality team members.
- Act as a role model for associates and uphold company core values.
- Support quality activities across multiple sites and manage related projects.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze customer and internal data to identify trends and resolve issues.
- Generate and interpret reports using statistical tools to support continuous improvement.
