Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to develop, implement, and review their Quality Management System, ensuring compliance and effectiveness at every level. This role will involve enforcing quality standards and collaborating closely with internal teams to meet established quality metrics. The Quality Manager will play a crucial role in customer service, engaging directly with clients to address quality concerns and cultivate meaningful relationships, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.The Quality Manager will be responsible for leading and ensuring that the processes necessary for the Quality Management Systems are established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. This individual will identify and mitigate quality-related risks throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring product reliability and safety. Additionally, the role will emphasize the creation of a culture of continuous improvement by communicating and deploying industry-leading practices, while also mentoring and guiding the quality team to foster professional development and growth.In terms of customer service, the Quality Manager works closely with clients to identify quality issues, providing exceptional service and representing the voice of the customer within the organization. This position will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction by defining and managing action plans aimed at achieving quality goals. The Quality Manager will also engage with customer quality portals and systems, ensuring a seamless flow of information and responsiveness to client needs.Finally, the Quality Manager will be responsible for tracking and maintaining key performance metrics related to quality. This includes developing and driving action plans to improve these indicators, as well as analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Effective communication of quality concerns and metrics to stakeholders will be essential in facilitating organizational success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to work independently and take proactive approaches to problem-solving.Base salary, $75 - $95K.
