While reporting to the Quality Manager III-Plant, as the Plant Quality Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance and control of the plant's quality testing and reporting system within Morganfield, KY plant.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Providing development and maintenance of the quality testing/reporting system.
* Managing the specification, test methods and instruction processes.
* Performing line validations as major changes occur or new products are introduced.
* Ensure quality records are maintained.
* Provide direction to the QC's in attaining and maintain plant quality.
This position is located in Morganfield, KY.
We'd love to hear from you if:
* You have a four-year degree, preferably in the sciences or engineering (or equivalent experience)
* 3-5 years' experience as a Quality Manager
* Previous experience in the development and maintenance of a quality testing/reporting system.
Compensation:
Quality Manager - Plant: The annual base salary range for this role is from $80,320 to $90,360, plus a quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary.
Quality Manager II - Plant: The annual base salary range for this role is from $95,280 to $107,190, plus a quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary.
