What you need to apply:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing or related field, required.
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015, required
- Strong chemical background and understanding of titrations,
- Experience with AS9100D and Nadcap Certification standards
- Prior experience in chemical, industrial metal coating, plating, or metal finishing manufacturing environments, required.
- Previous leadership experience, as a Quality Manager, managing or supervising direct reports.
A typical day as a Quality Manager might include:
- Lead and manage a small team of associates & the quality department.
- Oversee quality functions for incoming materials and completed finished products.
- Facilitate internal and external regulatory audits.
- Lead NADCAP certification expansion efforts for all processes within the organization.
