Job Location: EMD Millipore Corporation, 11 Prescott Road, Jaffrey, NH 03452

This position is eligible for the EMD Millipore Corporation Employee Referral Program.

Job Responsibilities:

Duties include the following:

* Lead, manage, and develop qualified staff to ensure effective execution of tasks, cGMP compliance, and to attain operational and development goals;

* Drive improvement in customer experience by driving complaint reduction, supply reliability, field actions, and audit performance;

* Provide sound quality input to validation planning and execution, including R&D product transfers;

* Provide support to Engineering and Operations groups in troubleshooting and development of process technology and continuous improvement programs. Utilize sound statistical based facts to bring value to the customer;

* Drive product and process improvements through thorough investigations and effective root cause analysis. Drive risk mitigation and effective process controls; and

* Use statistical analysis to track and trend potential out of trend conditions and proactively mitigate.

Job Requirements:

Employer requires candidate to have at least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field and at least three (3) years of work

experience as a Quality Engineer or Processes Engineer in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.

Candidate must also have the following:

* Demonstrated ability to collaborate at all levels and functions of the organization, as well as with customers gained through at least three (3) years of work experience in a cross functional team environment;

* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders through involvement in critical investigations and projects gained through at least two (2) years of work experience participating in projects or investigations with stakeholder management, or one (1) year of work experience leading a small team of quality engineers;

* Demonstrated ability to conduct quality investigations including root cause analysis and determining corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) gained through at least three (3) years of work experience;

* Demonstrated ability performing statistical analysis using Minitab to assess and monitor product and process performance gained through at least three (3) years of work experience;

* Demonstrated ability providing guidance and support for product validation and equipment qualifications through at least three (3) years of work experience; and

* Demonstrated knowledge of Electronic Quality Management Systems such as CAPA, Change Control, Documentation Management, and Audit gained through at least three (3) years of work experience.

All years of experience may be gained concurrently.
