This position will support our Production, Quality and all facets of our Manufacturing Operations. The Quality Monitor will help ensure that the Thorogood brand continues to be recognized as one of the best brands in the footwear industry. Through the implementation of testing procedures and inspecting of footwear you will be at the front line, working closely with supervisors to ensure standards are satisfactory, not only for our company, but for our customers. In this specific role, some expectations include:
- Perform quality inspections, per established National, Weinbrenner, or customer specified standards.
- Inspect footwear product through entire process.
- Work closely with production leadership to ensure Weinbrenner Shoe Co. Quality Standards are satisfied.
- Document evidence of inspection as needed for future reference.
- Must be detailed oriented with superior accuracy.
- Perform ISO internal audits as scheduled.
- Document test findings electronically and hard copy; distributing as needed through organization.
