It's an opportunity to be part of something special.About the role The Operational Quality Manager will lead the Quality Review and Release Process to ensure quality and completeness of expected release criteria. Coordinate the resolution of outstanding items related to expected release criteria and provide guidance on release considerations as necessaryRole Responsibilities Aide in the creation and monitoring of performance metrics & participate in continuous improvement initiatives and programs. Provide Quality & Compliance support as an SME for the site and as applicable for internal and external audits. Assist in developing GMP training modules across site and provide/facilitate delivery of training as appropriate. Drive the delivery of compliance in accordance with applicable regulations along with global, regional and site process requirements; review changes to QMS and assess impact to site; drive and monitor effectivity of changes. Support RCA/investigational activities and responses to customer complaints as necessary Participate in and provide expertise as a quality SME in projects as determined by the Quality Leadership Team Must interpret cGMP's as the need arises during site operations. Ensure products comply and are tested to meet each markets regulatory action including monetary fines, site closure or product seizure. Develop and drive capability build across the department and sitewide (as necessary) Align departmental objectives with defined Haleon Business Critical Needs and drive prioritization of initiatives Support decision making and problem-solving forums as needed for escalated issues/topics as they ariseWhy you?Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Biological sciences, chemistry, pharmacy or related scientific discipline 5 plus years' experience in Experience in Pharmaceutical, or GXP regulated Quality Assurance and Quality Compliance Must have capability to interpret cGMP's as the need arises during site operations. Ensure products comply and are tested to meet each markets regulatory action including monetary fines, site closure or product seizure Must have experience in leading and performance managing a multi-functional team supporting 24/7 manufacturing site operations Proficient in theory of validation techniques and philosophy, as well as strong analytical, numerical, problem solving and reasoning skills Experience in auditing; negotiation and facilitation of corrective actions Project management skills Working knowledge of Chemistry, Microbiology, packaging, validation, change control, and other applicable quality systems Strong knowledge in manufacturing operations, manufacturing equipment, and continuous improvement techniques Experience in auditing; internal/external negotiation and facilitation of corrective actionsPreferred Qualifications: Fluent verbal and written skills in English Experience in project management, Six Sigma, and data analytic Training or experience in Statistics Understanding and demonstrate knowledge of documented quality standards People Management skills and cross functional influencing skills Demonstrate Leadership principles and successful leadership activities Demonstrated problem solving abilityHaleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.
