This quality management position will oversee 1 Group Lead and up to 20 direct hourly reports and have full responsibility for meeting clear metrics within our plant and be tasked with meeting quality and safety objectives. This permanent position will work with cross-functional teams and will be involved in Operations, Tooling, Staffing, and Forecasting.As an International Motor's Employee, you will enjoy working in a 950,000 sq. ft. former Air Force bomber plant constructed during WWII located in beautiful Tulsa, Oklahoma with paid vacation, health benefits, and company provided retirement plan.ResponsibilitiesAnalysis of daily defects and warranty data, providing feedback to production teams.Prepare PowerPoint presentations daily for plant production morning meeting.Facilitate feedback from dealers and deep dive problem solving for root cause to concerns.Torque control, surveillance, and calibration.Fixture surveillance program.Tracking and reporting on plant KPIs.Facilitate Pilot reviews and interact with dealers. Lab test for weld, epoxy, and Ruvan compliance to acceptance criteria to meet production requirements.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degreeAt least 3 years of production/manufacturing experienceORMaster's degreeAt least 1 year of production/manufacturing experienceORAt least 5 years of production/manufacturing experienceAdditional RequirementsQualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
