TITLE: QUALITY SORTER REPORTS TO: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR FLSA STATUS: HOURLY/NON-EXEMPT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Inspect the product on the picking table and remove all foreign material. 2) While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus. 3) Provide the Q.A. Inspector and the Production Supervisor all foreign material found on the sorting table during your shift. 4) See that all equipment is safely used and maintained. 5) Keep the Shift Superintendent fully informed of all problems. 6) All employees are solely responsible for the Quality of Olam Edible Nuts products. Each employee must perform their job function in accordance with the GMP Rules and the Sanitation, Safety and Food Safety Programs. 7) Must follow safe work practices and comply with all company, federal and state rules and regulations which apply to job, including but not limited to, right to Know, emergency evacuation, electrical safety, confined space, blood borne pathogens, and lockout/tagout. 8) Execute special projects and other job-related activities as directed. SANITATION RESPONSIBILITIES

• DO NOT wear long sleeves at the picking table.
• Closed toe shoes are required, no crocks, bedroom shoes or sandals.
• DO NOT wear fake nails, and nail polish is not allowed.
• Keep the break room, picking room and lower part of the process room clean.
• Keep all areas assigned to you on the sanitation schedule maintained.
