You will help determine the methods, operations, sequences, and setups to perform inspections. Your typical work schedule will be Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. This role pays $28.71 per hour.Your Responsibilities* Compile, analyze, sort, and verify accuracy of data* Compile statistics and prepare various reports* Examine records such as manifests, invoices, bills of lading, related documents and correspondence to resolveprocess inefficiencies* Confer with common carrier to expedite, and trace missing or delayed shipments* Investigate overdue, damaged shipments or shortages* Analyze complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation and provide an update to customers* Record and retain meeting minutes* Other duties as assignedYour Skills and Experiences* High school diploma or equivalent* Must be a U.S. citizen* 2+ years' recent experience as a Quality Specialist, Coordinator, Auditor, or Inspector in within a warehouse environment* Can perform complex functions in Excel including VLOOKUP, Formulas, and PivotTables* Experience with SAP or any WMS (Warehouse Management System)Good Reasons to JoinThere has never been a better time to work in logistics.
