Role reports to: Manager Commerical Quality

Location: Skillman, NJ Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel %: 10%, primarily North America

Pay: $60,000 - $96,600

What you will do

The Quality Specialist II, Commercial Quality NA role will be accountable for supporting the artwork and labeling processes and other business functions across Kenvue NA. Some of the responsibilities would include identifying and eliminating compliance risks, approving appropriate specifications, applying compliance requirements based on applicable procedures, verifying and approving quality agreements, and reporting nonconformance's to the quality assurance director and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the labeling artwork processes as a Commercial Quality SPOC for your specified brands.

* Review and approval of Bills of Material (BOM) and Finished Goods specifications.

* Review and approved Decorated Component Specifications

* Provide training and support to team members on quality control procedures and best practices.

* SME review and approval of GCCs as Commercial Quality SPOC for your specified brands

* Coordinate the functional review and approval of sample programs for Kenvue NA brands

* Assist with updating of departmental procedures

* Lead investigations/CAPAs or partner with commercial partners leading investigations and CAPAs to ensure issue resolution and timeliness of related activities.

* Participate in internal and external auditing activities

* Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities and results.

* Report any nonconformance's to the quality assurance director and supply chain.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent quality experience.

* 2-4 years of experience in quality control or a related field.

* Experience in good manufacturing practices.

* Ability to identify and eliminate compliance risks.

* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

* Knowledge of industry regulations and quality control standards.

Desired Qualifications

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Experience in preparing investigation reports and providing training to employees.

* Knowledge of quality agreements with suppliers, contractors and affiliates.
