Job Summary
The primary role is to assist in the implementation of the Mission Solutions Quality program, including the Standards & Procedures and Management/Self-Assessment processes. Position may require occasional business travel. Both remote and home office candidates will be considered.
Principle Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Manage the Management/Self-Assessment program.
* Perform independent Management Self-Assessments and communicate findings and recommendations to management.
* Prepare training materials and train personnel as necessary on quality program.
* Develop standard surveillance and inspection checklists based upon Fluor/contract requirements.
* Assist in the preparation of project audit schedules and audit reports, tracking non-conformances, and verifying effective corrective action.
* Assist in development of project-specific Quality Control Plans and Site Quality Manual.
* Facilitate implementation of the Mission Solutions Operating System Implementation Plan (OSIP).
* Support proposal activities as required.
* Support identification, documentation, and implementation of lessons learned.
* Perform assigned administrative, technical, or other job functions as required for the proper control of quality programs.
* Maintain and utilize the quality databases (Quickbase/SharePoint).
* Facilitation of the Mission Solutions Standards & Procedures program.
* Development and revision of practices, guidelines, and templates utilized in the S&P process.
* Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
