Quality Specialist
As part of our Distribution Quality team, you will ensure compliance with the Quality Management System, in accordance with the Philips Policies and applicable worldwide regulations and standards. You will have responsibility for day-to-day Quality Assurance activities for Customer Solutions facilities and functions as the primary point of contact for quality assurance matters regarding Customer Solutions.
Your role:
* Is responsible for meeting departmental metrics; assists with daily management board activities for the department including input to data, creates presentations and chairs QBR meetings on a routine basis.
* Reports data trending for customer satisfaction issues related to supply chain processing.
* Is responsible for departmental metrics and supports the implementation of quality improvement initiatives across the team and functional areas.
* Supports Field Action planning activities and responsible for coordinating and executing operations' actions in alignment with quality system requirements by partnering with the Corrections and Removals team, Customer Service, and others as necessary.
* Leads and support projects as the quality representative which includes management of quality plans as required.
You're the right fit if:
* You've acquired 2+ years of experience in a medical device or regulated industry; basic knowledge of quality systems for medical devices; and have prior experience in working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
* Your skills include experience generating departmental metrics, chairing review board meetings, continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
* You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent experience in the medical device industry.
* You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Pennsylvania is $56,700 to $97,200.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
