- Establishes a culture of safety and compliance, maintaining a clean work environment in line with regulatory standards.
- Ensures robust quality control processes are in place throughout manufacturing, finishing, and fulfilment departments, meeting all specifications.
- Confirms overseas sample compliance with blueprints and company standards.
- Leads and organizes the Quality Assurance Department, collaborating with production teams to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
- Champions continuous improvement initiatives to enhance company-wide performance.
- Manages two QC inspectors, defining quality inspection standards and ensuring material compliance.
- Conducts inspections to evaluate product form, fit, and function, and prioritizes QA tasks effectively.
- Leads root cause investigations, prepares quality reports for management, and organizes Material Review Board (MRB) meetings.
- Supports production with corrective actions and improvement plans, driving manufacturing excellence.

- Experience with measurement tools, such as micrometers
- Experience working with specifications, including production drawings or blueprint reading
- Experience working with metals (i.e. sheet metal, wiring, tubing)
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
