Job Description:
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Product/Process Audit
- Establish an internal integrated certification system through TEG (Test Element Group)
- Qualification Procedure setup
- Manage and operate Documentation
- Manage and operate Quality Objective
- Administer Internal System Audit
- Cross-functional system evaluation and operational improvement reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
- Solid understanding of quality management principles, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
QUALITIFICATIONS:
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive informed decisions
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications
- International Quality Standard Lead Auditor qualification
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree related to Quality or similar industry
EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of Quality experience
- Experience with operating a semiconductor company auditor program
- Experience as a Technical Writer operating internal Documentation Template including web design skills
