This company is seeking a Quality System Manager to join their growing team at their new Zanesville, Ohio facility. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and leading the site quality strategy, processes, policies, procedures, standards, and system, while ensuring integration and alignment with their Cambridge facility. You will also be responsible for managing and auditing the plant's Quality Management System in line with the required industry and ISO standards.They need a strong leader who can lead by example and comply with all safety and environmental requirements, policies, and procedures. You will need to embrace and promote the company culture in all day-to-day activities; foster and promote a positive, respectful work environment that is aligned with company values.Daily, base + bonus potential. You will conduct process and product tests and risk assessments and provide analytical data and reports. They need someone who can lead, coach, train, and develop the Quality staff to meet customer requirements and achieve desired business results.You will also need to show that you can develop strong knowledge of business processes; provide technical expertise to other departments; and train employees on all aspects of the quality system; communicating updates and write, evaluate, and maintain product specifications and train other staff to ensure compliance.Base + bonus potential.
