Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality System Manager at Islamic Services of America. The Quality System Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing Halal certification processes and procedures, providing Halal education, answering inquiries about Halal standards, and ensuring compliance with Halal requirements on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Halal certification processes and procedures
• Experience in Halal education and standards
• Strong understanding of Halal integrity and practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in quality management systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field
