This role will involve continuous improvement of quality processes,internal audits, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhanceoverall product quality.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain QMS: Implement and maintain quality management systems in compliance with ISO/TS 16949, IATF16949, and other industry standards (VDA).
- Conduct Internal Audits: Perform internal audits toassess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance quality processes and ensure compliance with customerand regulatory requirements.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensivedocumentation for quality processes, procedures, and audit results.
- Training and Support: Train and support staff onQMS requirements and best practices to ensure consistent adherence to qualitystandards.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and resolvequality issues using root cause analysis and other problem-solving techniques.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and ensurecompliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Customer Interaction: Interface with customers onquality-related matters, including audits, assessments, and issue resolution.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of qualitymanagement systems, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in quality toolssuch as FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and control plans.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis andimplement corrective actions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information todiverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention todetail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively withcross-functional teams and build strong relationships with colleagues,suppliers, and customers.
