Job DescriptionThe targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $96,000 - $130,000 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. The Quality Systems Manager leads all aspects of the ISO program for Red Wing Shoe Company and ensures continuity of certification at all locations. This position is also responsible for assuring complete and accurate Quality Systems Procedures for all locations and that all required training is completed. The Quality Systems Manger will lead and direct a team within the Quality Department to assure compliance with all existing and future quality system. This position will collaborate cross functionally to evaluate the quality systems and performance of suppliers as necessary. This position also deploys and owns relevant software and related training across the whole organization. The Quality Systems Manager will coordinate with quality engineer(s) and/or analysts and provides quality systems data reporting and analysis for all company locations and suppliers.
