What You'll Do: In this role, you'll oversee and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring it aligns with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Your key responsibilities include: Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Quality Initiatives: Create corrective actions and spearhead quality-focused initiatives to improve performance.
- Customer Satisfaction: Commit to exceeding customer expectations and fostering a culture of teamwork.
- Lean Principles: Champion lean practices and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Training and Support: Provide robust training for operations and processes to ensure team competency.
- Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to pinpoint trends, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
- ISO 9001:2015 Leadership: Ensure all divisions conform to ISO standards while maintaining our QMS.
- Process Management: Assist in identifying and documenting key process elements, including stakeholders, resources, metrics, risks, and desired outcomes.
- Documentation Control: Manage and maintain ISO standards-related documentation, ensuring revisions are up-to-date and accessible.
- System Administration: Act as the Unipoint System Administrator, providing training and support for its effective use.
- Internal Auditing: Schedule, perform, and defend audits while conducting re-audits to verify corrective actions.
- Root Cause Analysis: Assist in resolving non-conformances, manage the process, and ensure effectiveness of solutions.
