Quality Systems Lead needed for $2B State-of-the-art aluminum mill under construction. We are seeking a self-motivated, highly skilled Quality Systems Lead with a strong background in aluminum processes to help lead the start-up and commissioning of our new mill in Mississippi. Engineering degree, ISO, IATF, and OEM standards are a must. Aluminum experience is a huge plus. We offer full relocation, lucrative compensation, profit sharing, and excellent benefits. responsibilities:

• Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and other OEM quality program

• Primary quality system contact for OEM and other customers.

• PPAP, FMEA, and other customer qualification requirements. Work with plant metallurgists to ensure product qualification plans meet customer expectations.

• Internal process audits to verify compliance with quality standards.

• Manage QMS documentation, including procedures, quality work instructions, SOPs, and records.

• ISO, IATF, and customer quality requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality management actions, integrating quality practices into daily business operations, and implementing corrective and preventive measures.

• Work closely with cross-functional team members to identify and address quality-related issues
