ITT is headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut with over 10,000 employees in more than 35 countries and sales in approximately 125 countries.Position SummaryITT Goulds Pumps is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Systems Document Control Specialist to join our team. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely issuance of controlled documents in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. The role will involve supporting document control procedures across the organization, including maintaining document control databases, coordinating document changes, and ensuring timeliness of processing.Essential Responsibilities
  • Establish, maintain, and ensure compliance with document control and management policies and procedures
  • Ensure alignment of company policies and procedures with applicable regulatory requirements such as NSF, ISO9001, etc.
  • Manage all document control activities, including document creation, revisions, and distribution
  • Establish and maintain document control systems to ensure effective document management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and approve controlled documentation
  • Ensure document access control is correctly implemented and maintained
  • Report deviations from established procedures and recommend corrective actions where necessary
  • Manage the document change control process, including coordination of changes and approvals
  • Ensuring periodic reviews are performed to assess document accuracy
  • System administrator for electronic document management system
  • Support as needed the compilation of QA documents required to be sent with shipments (COCs, Balance Reports, Hydro/Run Test Reports, etc.)
Position Requirements
  • Associate degree or higher required in a technical field or equivalent education and experience is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality systems document control
  • Excellent technical writing skills
  • Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 preferred
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); including creation of Macro and controlled pdf documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document review
  • Experience working with electronic document management systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of compliance requirements, regulatory guidelines, and international standards
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment and able to prioritize workload effectively.
