Responsibilities The Customer Quality Team Manager (LL6) position at BlueOval SK Battery Plant in Stanton, Tennessee will have a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be a key member of the start-up team, launching the facility from ground up. The BlueOval SK Customer Quality Team Manager will lead a team of engineers who are responsible for supporting Ford with failure investigation and root cause analysis follow-up. This employee will need to interact with a wide range of other departments, such as production, quality, CS teams to come up with customer satisfaction and timely solutions to customer complaints. He/she may be required to travel often to the Ford site to communicate or provide support as needed... Including, but not limited to: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Issue Management: Addressing customer complaints (including warranty, field issues, and recalls), leading 8D report creation, and providing immediate on-site support (e.g., visual inspections, and testing). This includes frequent travel to customer locations.
- Quality Assurance: Supporting early-stage production, managing part returns to SKBA, Georgia (including RMA creation), reporting issues to management, and participating in 4M change processes, re-validation, and PPAP approvals as needed.
- Customer Audits: Reviewing customer requirements and audit documents, providing support during audits, and collaborating with other departments.
- PPAP/ISIR Support: Preparing and submitting customer-required reports and documents, and coordinating with management throughout the product approval process.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications and Key Experiences
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or chemistry, material engineering, industrial engineering, electrical or electronic engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of Quality experience or equivalent

- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or chemistry, material engineering, industrial engineering, electrical or electronic engineering, mechanical engineering
- Experience with Greenfield / Startup Sites
