We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Tech for our Food Manufacturing client. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, quality, and deliciousness of our food products. As a Quality Tech, you will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, maintaining quality control standards, and implementing corrective actions to address any issues. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the food manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.Identify and document any deviations from quality standards.Implement corrective actions to address any quality issues.Collaborate with production team to ensure consistent product quality.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspection results.Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.Participate in internal and external audits as required.Stay up-to-date with the latest food safety standards and regulations.Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and standards.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency of production processes.Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a Quality Tech role within the food manufacturing industry.Proven experience in conducting inspections and maintaining quality control standards.Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using quality control software and tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.High school diploma or equivalent; further training or certification in food safety or quality control is a plus.Join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality food products to our customers.
