Quality Assurance Technician Job Description:
- This role performs testing on food products and ingredients ensuring prompt communication of any concerns with other departments regarding compliance to Quality Standards.
- Conducts routine Quality checks and logs results.
- Inspects packaging, labels, date codes, shelf life, and performs tests on incoming ingredients.
Quality Assurance Technician Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a QC Technician in a food setting
- This individual must be self-motivated, have strong leadership skills and work well in a team setting.
- Must be able to perform basic math calculations with the assistance of a calculator.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed to ensure compliance to quality standards and resolution of issues.
