About the Role The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, problem solving skills, excellent communication skills and desire to learn. Successful applicant will be required to perform general clean up, help startup, and other assigned duties as required. Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: Six consecutive months of manufacturing, industrial or warehouse experience is required. Corrugator experience a plus. Responsibilities and/or Qualifications:
  • Verify all set-ups are correct.
  • Maintain accurate records on specific customers for caliper.
  • Ability to stand for up to 12 hours.
  • Ability to work in hot, humid, noisy, and high-volume machine production area.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts when required, overtime, weekends and holidays on any assigned shift.
  • Self-motivated and committed to safety and organizational goals.
  • Demonstrate mechanical aptitude in order to troubleshoot machine problems.
  • Basic record-keeping and documentation functions.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
