This position supports a dynamic, dedicated production team in a variety of quality functions which are critical to helping us meet customer requirements. These functions include but are not limited to inspection, process and product engineering support, and data analysis/trending.What You'll DoAssist Quality Engineering in the installation, setup, qualification, and documentation of new equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to quality standardsPartner with Quality Engineering to develop automated inspection programs and reports on various inspection equipmentProvide training and support to manufacturing and quality personnel to enhance overall capabilities and knowledge in quality controlAnalyze data to identify, troubleshoot, and escalate systemic process and performance issues, improving overall product quality and process efficiencyVerify equipment setup to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standardsPerform manual and automated quality inspections on components, assemblies, and finished productsPerform First Article Inspection (FAI) of components and assemblies.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues through the corrective action processSupport Quality Control as the first line of escalation in judgment calls, providing timely and accurate decision-making assistance to ensure compliance with quality standards and prompt resolution of quality-related issuesIdentify opportunities for process optimization and improved quality in manufacturing processesPerform preventative maintenance on assigned inspection equipmentKeep abreast of industry trends and best practices in quality controlWhat You'll BringHigh school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing (or similar) environment, preferably in a quality related support role, electronics manufacturing background preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and be self-sufficient while managing multiple tasksStrong computer software skills and aptitude to learn new softwareAttention to safety, quality, and performance; strong communication skillsExcellent work ethic with the understanding that excellence is a habitWays to Stand Out - Preferred Requirements2+ years of experience in printed circuit board assembly (preferred)Associate's degree in a technical specialty such as electronics technology (preferred)IPC-J-STD-001 IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 certifications a plusWhat Sets Us Apart?SRCTec, LLC is a manufacturing and life cycle management company specializing in the cost-effective production of high-quality, high-reliability, advanced military electro-mechanical products.
