Summary: The Quality Technician plays a vital role in supporting the Quality Engineering function by providing technical assistance in manufacturing-related issues. Conduct thorough inspections, measurements, and tests on mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components and assemblies.Ensure material conformance to specifications and interpret company and industry standards.Maintain accurate records of technical data related to materials, tools, fixtures, and processes used.Perform in-process inspections, audits, and record results for analysis.Collect and analyze data using statistical analysis methods.Assist Quality Engineers in executing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), including follow-up on deviation assessments (DA) and engineering change notices (ECN).Review non-conforming materials and products.Adhere to all safety and health regulations and comply with company security policies.High school diploma and one to three years of related experience and/or training.1-3 year Quality Inspection experiencePackaging experience preferredLanguage Skills: Ability to read, interpret documents, write routine reports, and communicate effectively.Primary workstation located on the manufacturing floor with moderate noise levels.
