We are seeking Quality Technicians for our First Quality Baby Products facility located in Macon, GA. The starting pay rate for this position is $20/hour. You must be able to work a 12 hour night shift.As a Quality Technician, you will:* Perform audits in a timely manner* Enter test data and inspection data into computer software accurately* Follow hold procedures for products not acceptable for shipment* Complete paperwork as requiredIn our work environment, you will need to be able and willing to:* Walk and stand for a 12 hour period* Occasionally lift/carry up to 50lb* Keep your work area clean and orderly* Learn a lot of new information in a short period of time* Ask lots of questions and take initiative to learn more* Be an active and productive member of the Quality Assurance team* Communicate problems to leaders and production personnel, as required* Perform basic math, such as calculated area and perimeter of a square, converting percent to decimal, and converting decimal to percent* Work a shift that requires nights and every other weekend1-2 years of experience as a Quality Auditor or Technician is preferred!In order to work for us you must:* Be 18 years of age* Have a High School Diploma or equivalent* Be able to work a 12 hour night shiftFirst Quality provides excellent benefits that include:* Outstanding medical, Rx, vision and dental insurance with coverage from your first day of employment* 401k with employer match* Competitive vacation plan and paid time off* Life and disability insurance plans* Tuition reimbursementFirst Quality is committed to protecting information under the care of First Quality Enterprises commensurate with leading industry standards and applicable regulations.
