Job Title: Quality TechnicianJob DescriptionThe Quality Technician will split their time equally between the plant floor and a lab setting. Key responsibilities include performing inspections such as Pre-Operative and Food Safety, documenting and communicating results, and ensuring compliance with GMP and USDA requirements. The role involves conducting ATP swab tests, calibrating lab equipment, and performing organic start-up tests. Additionally, the Quality Technician will review HACCP records, perform quality audits, manage laboratory and production supplies, liaise with the USDA, and report food safety and quality concerns.
