Job Title: Quality TechnicianJob DescriptionPrimary Duties and Responsibilities: Work consistently in a safe manner. Test slurries for moisture and salt. Place non-conforming product on Hold and release product for shipment. Perform peroxide value, free fatty acid, IV, and trans fat testing on incoming oil loads. Perform microbial and environmental testing. Perform allergen testing. Keep proper and accurate documentation of all lab testing and procedures. Maintain a clean working environment.
