Quality Specialist

Your role and responsibilities

Calibration Management (maintains records/certification) including repair and maintenance of gage and equipment. Managing calibration from outside vendors including requesting quotes, sending gages, scales, equipment, and maintaining calibration records for them. Working knowledge and experience of the operation of CMM (coordinate Measurement Machine) including the programming for various critical measurements.

Qualifications for the role

• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate degree in Metrology preferred not required, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Certified Mechanical Inspector and technical education in metrology or equivalent desired
• Two years' experience in Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment
