The Quality Technician will work closely with the Quality Engineer, production teams, and suppliers to identify and resolve quality issues, drive continuous improvement, and maintain compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.What are we looking forHigh school diploma or equivalent required.3+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in a welding or fabrication environment.Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification strongly preferred.Knowledge of ASME, AWS, ASTM and other relevant codes standardsStrong understanding of welding processes and inspection techniquesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsWorking with usOur fast-growing organization offers competitive pay, a positive work environment, and opportunities for career growth within the company.
