Job Summary: Provide quality checks on all incoming, in-process and outgoing material. Keep accurate records of all testing performed and communicate test results to customers as requested. Knowledge | Experience | Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Must have good communication skills. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Perform Melt Flow Testing & Ash Testing • Identify Material using FTIR • Test material for Heavy Metals using XRF & material strength using Tensile • Test material impact strength using IZOD & material properties using DSC • Test density of material • Use mini injector to make lab samples • Check incoming and outgoing material • Check blended material to verify it meets customer specifications • Issue Certificate of Analysis as required • Maintain proper records of materials checked • Perform final shipment inspection • Perform quality audit during production process • Required to be trained and certified in Radiation (lab manager will train) • Perform other duties as requested by Lab Manager (such duties include but not limited to: filing, date entry; issuing proper documents to customers as requested) Technimark is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or protected veteran status.
