JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Will work with the Small Business Team to lead and improve internal Quality

* Analyze Scrap and Rework Data

* Lead internal 8D Problem Resolution

* Assist with containment of Supplier Quality Non-Conformances

* Work with the Small Business Team to lead and improve internal Quality

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelors in an Engineering Field

* 5 to 10 years of experience

* Microsoft Office Proficiency

* Strong Problem Solving Skills

* Able to facilitate small team in the 8D problem solving process.

* Good Communication Skill

* Able to communicate with a diverse mix of employees, both management and shop floor.
