Job Title: Qualtrics XM Client Consultant
Location: 85% Remote
Duration: 6 Months
Roles and Respoinsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather use cases, translating them into reporting solutions within Qualtrics XM Client.
- Design, audit, and maintain text analytics models and dashboards, serving as an SME for text analytics and reporting.
- Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams, using Jira to track progress and manage stories, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap.
- Create, review, and maintain business process models, data flows, use cases, and test cases to support effective use of analytics.
- Develop and implement communication and training plans to educate end users on product features and ensure effective utilization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of proven experience with text analytics, ideally with Qualtrics XM Client, (or Clarabridge Engage), NLP techniques, and understanding of its role in driving data insights.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including strong Jira proficiency.
- Ability to analyze data flows, identify improvements, and optimize data processes to enhance efficiency.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex analytics into actionable insights for business leaders.
