Here at Wren, we strive to provide exceptional service to all customers. When joining as a Customer Service Representative for our Installations team you will be working hand in hand with our customers after they receive their product and coordinate with their assigned Installation Crew to complete their dream kitchen! About YouMain Responsibilities: •Book Templates •Quartz Installations •Remedials •Mange Subcontractors Scheduling •Confirm appointments •Resolving warranty customer queries Desired Skills and Knowledge: •Helpfulness and a customer first-attitude•Passion to take ownership and ensure all inquiries receive a resolution•Ability to effectively organize and prioritize your daily workload•Excellent oral and written communication skills•Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment•Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office•Flexible with working hours & overtime (as needed), including weekends & evenings•Ability to sit in one place for long periods of time•Excellent attendance with proven reliabilityYou will always have guidance to be able to own and resolve customer inquiries while going above and beyond our customers' expectations.
