Our Function

The Qvidian Content Administrator will report to the Vice President of the Client & Product Group Innovation team and will be responsible for managing qualitative and quantitative data on our content response platform. Ideal candidate will serve as a champion for the platform by driving adoption and success across the organization, providing critical insights about Jennison's needs, and influencing decision-makers.

Your Impact

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

* Establish, communicate, and manage content processes. This includes clearly communicating status of content updates.

* Maintain content library to ensure records are current, well-organized, formatted properly, and searchable.

* Design and maintain optimized content infrastructure.

* Partner with subject matter experts to establish a content review calendar and ensure content is complete, accurate, well-written and have a consistent voice.

* Streamline process and improve productivity and scalability within the application.

* Create and manage the platform roadmap.

* Keep abreast of platform enhancements and determine what functionality should be explored/implemented.

* Research and identify competitor and industry trends to drive strategic solutions.

* Gather insight from user discussions regarding requirements, challenges, and enhancements.

* Provide support and training to all users, including SMEs.

* Create documentation for process, procedure, and workflow.

* Manage and communicate system updates and upgrades.

* Monitor usage rates and metrics to evaluate how responses are being used.

* Manage relationship with vendor.

Your Required Skills

Your required skills must include:

* 10+ years in content management experience within financial services.

* Prior experience with proposal content management system (i.e., Qvidian).

* BA/BS degree.

* Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills (oral and written); with ability to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members and management.

* Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

* Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to work well in a time-sensitive environment.

* Must be able to work independently and with a team, learn quickly, and handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously.

* Self-motivated individual.

* Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point.

* Knowledge of JIRA is a plus.

The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000. Individual salaries for this role may vary based on various factors including but not limited to, years of experience, range in corporate level, candidate skills, and geographic location. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including but not limited to, individual and organizational performance.
