Job DetailsJob LocationJW Nutritional LLC Corporate Office - Allen, TXSalary Range$18.00 - $25.00 HourlyJob ShiftDayDescriptionSpecific responsibilities include:Ability to assist in sample preparation and testing of new or existing products Work in formulations lab environmentPreparation of formulations samplesFamiliar with lab scales usage and calibrationFamiliar with all raw ingredients physical characteristics such as organoleptic (color, smell, taste), bulk density, tapped density, particle sizeFamiliar with all flavoring ingredients usage and dosagesFamiliar all excipients required for encapsulation and tabletingCreate new and innovative flavor profilesAbility to use divers taste masking agents in order to mask bad aftertaste of the specific raw ingredientsMix test batches for new formulated products Able to handle multiple test batches projects simulationsFamiliar with good documentation practicesReports To: R&D FormulatorsQualificationsKey required experience and education:Minimum Associates Degree requiredDemonstrated ability to take direction from chemist, engineer, or technicianDemonstrated ability to work independentlyDemonstrated ability to effectively use verbal, written and listening communication skillsDemonstrated ability to prioritize workload
