At-a-Glance: Are you ready to build your career by joining an international food and beverage company? If so, our client is hiring a R&D Nutrition Science. What You'll Do:
- Read and interpret published scientific literature on functional ingredient benefits (e.g., energy, mood, cognition, physical performance) to assess viability of study.
- Summarize and organize studies in PICO format using summarized PICO charts and other relevant scientific data, policies, and regulations.
- Create ingredient- or benefit-specific dossiers.
- Track functional ingredient requests and create monthly dashboard for reporting purposes.
- Support brand through collection and organization of student athlete waivers.
- Maintain and optimize team SharePoint .
What You ll Bring:
- Masters Degree or equivalent in Nutritional Science, Food Science or Life Sciences.
- Fundamental knowledge of functional ingredients and nutrients.
- Excellent scientific literacy and demonstrated ability to comprehend and interpret human nutrition intervention studies.
- Ability to:
- Work within a matrixed organization.
- Distill scientific concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong written and interpersonal skills.
