Job Description Summary
The Racquet Sports Stringer is responsible for providing daily stringing services to Hecht/Hamlin Tennis Center member base. Receives direct supervision and guidance from the Racquet Sports Manager.
Job Description
Responsibilities
+ Provide daily stringing services for Hecht/Hamlin Tennis Center and for the Penn Squash Center member base.
+ Maintain accurate inventory and service logs for all stringing transactions.
+ Administrative support and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must have basic knowledge of tennis products and racquet stringing. Two to three years of racquet stringing experience preferred. Strong listening and interpersonal skills to understand member's racquet stringing preferences. Possess time management skills and attention to detail. Ability to consistently string racquets in a timely manner (at least two racquets per hour). Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
