The National at Ave Maria is looking for a part time associate in the racquets sport pro shop. We are searching for a friendly, energetic and highly motivated individual that has costumer service experience. Tennis and or Pickleball knowledge is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding pro-shop services, memberships, and events.
* Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling
procedures.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and retail area.
* Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
* Provide information on tennis and pickleball programs, lessons, and schedules.
* Support pro-shop staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
* Customer service experience preferred.
* Basic knowledge of tennis and pickleball preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
