Job Title: X-Ray TechnologistJob DescriptionPrepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging procedures. Explain procedures and processes to patients. Perform specialized and routine diagnostic radiology procedures. Maintain a safe, healthy, and professional work environment, ensuring proper identification and quality control of images. Maintain required documentation pertaining to x-ray imaging. Perform medical assistant duties such as recording vital signs, health history, and electronic medical records (EMR). Record patient interviews and history. Maintain supplies, equipment, stock, and sterilize instruments. Triage patient phone calls and review prescriptions with patients as directed by the physician.

Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Freehold, New Jersey.
Work EnvironmentWill spend 95% of the time in Freehold and will need to float to Monroe 1-2 times a month as needed, scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance. Not locked into one shift. Urgent care setting. EMR: Advanced MD switching to Epic next year. SHIFTS: 40 hours Mon-Fri and every other weekend (Sat + Sun). Sat and Sun shifts are 8-4PM (8-hour shifts). If you work a weekend, you will get a day off during the week to make up for it. Example schedule: 8-hour shift Sunday, 1-8 hour shift during the week and 2-12 hour shifts during the week. Then 8-hour shift Saturday, 1-8 hour shift during the week and 2-12 hour shifts during the week. Will work the Saturday and Sunday next to each other that fall in different pay weeks.
