**Railroad Box Car Cleaner - Savannah, GA**
Location: IP Savannah Switching **Description**
**The R.J. Corman Switching Company has an immediate opening for a Railroad Boxcar Cleaner to join our team in Savannah, GA.**
Candidate will perform railcar inspections, prepping and cleaning on various types of railcars, equipment maintenance, and other duties associated with maintaining an efficient switching operation.
Candidate will also make minor repairs meeting railroad standards and specifications to the boxcars, such as welding, equipment replacement, hole patching, bottom door track, spark strip, door straightening, floor caulking and floor protrusion smoothing.

**Minimum Requirements**
* Welding experience a plus.
* Flexible schedule as work schedule is part-time and hours may vary according to customer needs (operations are 24/7).
* Willing to work in all weather conditions.
* Follow all safety rules and regulations.
* Equipment maintenance as needed.
* Ability to communicate well with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
* Ability to work safely as a team.
* Other job duties as assigned.
